Advice to Management

Honestly, this company has a lot of people that care for you and care about your dreams and goals. I’ve never felt so supported by a group of co workers. I genuinely believe that they do have your best interest at heart and will help you get to where you want to go. So keep that close environment because it really affects your employees passion in the company

    Advice to Management

    Continue to build a strong team through hiring the right people and developing and promoting from within. Never become stagnant and always continue to look for ways to improve the organization

    The only positive is the opening conversation that I was sold that this company was the best to work for with company awards, etc.

    Cons

    My 2017 W-2 address information wasn't verified, prior to whomever sending my W-2 to an address that I no longer resided at. Luckily, my mail was being forwarded to my new address, so I was able to capture my W-2. This is a serious problem Ranger. Identity Theft is not something that anyone wants to go through at any given time period. You may need to train your current office personnel on this process.

    Advice to Management

    Please have your office personnel verify W-2 address information for the upcoming tax year or at least attempt to verify this information, prior to them sending it an address. I'm sure previous and current employees will thank me on this one.
