I worked at Raycom part-time (Less than a year)

Pros

Great for someone right out of college to gain experience and get their foot in the door.

Cons

The pay is awful, minimum wage for large markets. They have attempted to combine departments that should not be combined. All employees are expected to work their job plus 10 others. Old equipment that needed updated. Since the employees were mostly very young, the quality was very low, but Raycom is all about quantity, not quality. The company would also make employees work 6-7 days a week, good luck having a life!

Advice to Management

In order to hire employees with actual talent, you have to pay them more than minimum wage. Stop trying to combine departments that do totally different jobs.
