Pros

Met some great people, some interesting cases.

Cons

Really target driven but unwilling to give more work if you're not busy. You have to do BD, but limited budget to be able to network. Felt very micromanaged.

Pros

- Not expected to work long hours / beyond normal working hours. - Decent benefits package - Office phone provided - Decent holiday - Regular social activities with colleagues in the same office - Good for you if you love working closely with a small team constantly

Cons

- You can feel hierarchy - Target can be hard to hit especially if you are not given enough work - Tech is not advanced - systems crash is common; not embracing AI - Although there are multiple offices, employees often work within 1 office / a limited number of colleagues, with limited amount of collaboration with colleagues with other offices, as they have now adopted an office-based approach to remuneration / bonus. You usually work within a team with a few people only with limited exposure. Might not be the best for juniors. - Not enough focus on wellbeing or socials - employees not encouraged to participate in virtual wellbeing talks / social activities with colleagues from different offices despite being quite separated from each other and are always required to prioritise work commitments. Doesn't seem to recognise enough wellbeing and socials are important to work itself too. - Pressure to speak up / raise concerns as seniors are very focused on reaching targets - What I said can be office-dependent
