Pros

Treat me very well. Recently participated in an employee survey and they really looked at the information from the last one and tried to make the workplace better.

Cons

Sometimes have to work a lot.

Advice to Management

Keep growing and improving the company moral through the employee survey.

    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

    Decent Compensation
    Stable environment
    Lax dress code
    Financially stable
always a lot work and other programs to go to when you are finished with one program/

    Cons

old, lame management who have no idea how to manage. Basically old Hughes employees that were promoted into their positions and who have no discernible talent or knowledge.

    Advice to Management

Promote people who are worthy of their positions! Put in place more modern management techniques and philosophies. This place is way too old school.

    Pros

The benefits and pay are great. The people are also very nice and there are lots of online training courses to take.

    Cons

Knowledge and information sharing aren't the greatest at Raytheon. I had to work really hard at getting in contact with the right people and sometimes I would be on a wild-goose chase trying to find those people. Also, in the group I was in, there didn't seem to be a whole lot of bonding or friendships between the team. (No lunches, or really anything that didn't involve work.)

    Advice to Management

Make it fun! Sponsor some activities for the employees to get involved in at work. Get the employees away from their computers for 30 minutes a day!
