Good work life/balance and half day Fridays

Cons

Only learn a specific type of government accounting and finance. Skills are not transferable outside the defense industry. Top down management structure.

    I can't find anything good about this company that came in and outbid another company and had no idea what they were getting into.

    No room to advance, terrible empoyee relations

    Great benefits, decent pay, regular raises. Good people in some segments

    Cons

    Weak management, ranging from risk averse to incompetent. Often self interested and self motivated. Usually out of touch

    Advice to Management

    Get away from the military mindset if you want to innovate especially in cyber, science, space, civilian, and R&D
