Pros

If you're interested in the defense world, RTN is a great place. lot's of interesting technology and many interesting people.

Cons

It's hard to get ahead without some gray hair. This isn't the place for a your professional trying to shoot up the corporate ladder.

Advice to Management

Overall, the senior management seems pretty good. There was too much focus on process however. Sometimes it felt like working for the government.

Salary is good but managers are untrained in workforce labor laws and policies. Reverse discrimination by African American managers is wide spread and grossly overlooked.

All department managers are allowed to follow different policies for work/life balance.

    Advice to Management

Impose the same standards for all employees. Quit allowing supervisors and managers to cherry pick based on their own personal preference.
