I have been working at Razer full-time for more than 2 years

    Pros

Cool tech workspace. Catered food 4 out of the 5 works days.

    Cons

Very manual work and processes. A lot of legacy (long time employed) employees holding back the company’s true potential.

    Advice to Management

Listen, take responsibility and invest into your employees.

I have been working at Razer full-time for more than 2 years

    Pros

Razer is one of the best companies I have worked for. The dynamics within functions, the brand in the industry and the pride the employees have working here is something out of this world. I totally enjoy it.

    Cons

Not everything is in place as other Fortune companies, but it is getting there.

    Advice to Management

keep it up, let more people in the world enjoy the brand.
