    I worked at Razorfish full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    One of the best places to gain experience and cut your teeth with some of the brightest minds in the industry.
    Great collaboration.
    Wide variety of clients and client verticals to work on.
    Best analytics team in the industry.
    Very strong Technology and Business Intelligence teams.
    Strong focus on meeting business and personal career goals but accelerating your career is up to you.
    Opportunity for relatively quick upward advancement if you're good.
    Experience here opens doors down the road.

    Cons

    Salaries not as high as other in-class agencies. Bonuses are a thing of the past.
    Series of mergers and acquisitions can make agency politics tricky.
    Wide variation in strength of managers; some great, some not so great.
    50+ hour weeks are standard.
    Lots of brain drain over the last three years but strong new hires are helping to rebuild.
    Loss of legendary senior leadership has left a void still not yet filled.

    good pay and benefits, more of a consulting firm than an agency—expensive and poor quality

    not an agency, weak creative and too many consultants.
