Pros

Razorfish has strong mentors/managers and a worldwide network at your finger tips if you take advantage of it. They are process oriented and a great place to learn about agency life.

Cons

In the Philly office it is all Health all the time.. can get really draining for creatives especially.

    Pros

I worked for Razorfish as a freelancer. The office is laidback, the people are nice, fun projects.

    Cons

I felt like some of the projects were being mismanaged, the way things work is somewhat hectic, but somehow comes through in the end. I guess it comes with the territory.

    More initiative,

    Pros

Loads of potential for growth and movement between departments or offices, great to be part of a large agency. Direct contact with clients.

    Cons

Great ideas can be lost in the shuffle. Sometimes orders are given without enough thought to what value the result will have.

    Advice to Management

Greater understanding of requirements. Continual improvement of process. Better explanations of the company & office direction.
