I have been working at Razorfish full-time (More than a year)

Pros

Amazing people and a culture to match. 2 beers on tap at all times. Cool projects are available if you can sniff them out. Killer benefits.

Cons

Confusing career path that takes a very long time to move up. Potential to get sucked onto a less than stellar account and remain there for a very long time. Upper management is all over the place and is definitely working through defining the company vision (which I still don't have a clue to what it is).

Advice to Management

Much needed transparency in company communication and a clear goal on the company vision. Create clear defined career paths so people know how they can advance and go back to the bi-annual review schedule.

I worked at Razorfish as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

Wonderful, smart people who really care about your personal progress. Happy hours in office every Friday, bagels every Monday, great opportunities to grow your professional career and learn about different departments within the industry.

    Cons

As with any large agency, there's some level of bureaucracy and the billing hours can be annoying.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you're doing! Loved how accessible, open, and helpful everyone is.

I worked at Razorfish full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Razorfish has strong mentors/managers and a worldwide network at your finger tips if you take advantage of it. They are process oriented and a great place to learn about agency life.

    Cons

In the Philly office it is all Health all the time.. can get really draining for creatives especially.
