Continue readingThank you for the feedback. I cannot agree with you more about the importance of middle management and having great managers there. We endeavor to keep a very low employee:manager ratio and we've rolled out management training courses to help with the development of our management layer. We have hired several senior managers over the past month and built our plans going forward so we can continue to do so. Our president or CEO continues to interview every managers candidate to make sure we're hiring only the best for our people! The global / remote connection continues to be top of mind. This year we've openned offices in London, Lisbon and New York to give our teams a place they can all come together. We also offer monthly happy hours and have some pretty incredible holiday parties planned for each region which remote employees will fly in for. We also have weekly huddles and monthly town halls to help build the connections. As Covid restrictions begin to loosen, we hope to get more of the team together cross region. We have incredible people and continue to look for opportunities to get the teams together as it's important for building personal connections, which is what Reachdesk is all about!

The idea of Reachdesk is great!

- [ ] co-founder and Sr. leadership shows extreme bias! - [ ] Frontline managers are extremely in experienced and lack overall ideologies, competencies and experience to run efficient teams. Leading them to unethical behavior that is no conducive to greater team and lining their own pockets! - [ ] This is a UK first company that is all smoke and mirrors. All new business that is brought on is effectively churned based on the depth and functionality of platform they are unable to keep customers. They churns as much as they bring on in quarter. The company is a severely contracting and is a sinking ship! Far from industry leading platform! - [ ] There is zero room for growth and career progression if you’re in senior level career. Company lack core foundation and experience to provide fair and equitable treatment for their employees. If you’re looking to grow, this isn’t the company for you! - [ ] Do your research on co-founders as they instill toxic culture that spews from the top down!
