Toooo fast paced sometimes missing goals and objectives/projects because their is a thousand other items on the agenda. Culture was dull and it was out of wack felt like a frat college environment than rather an SaaS gem. IT Was non existent as an enforcer or presence in the organization for the exception for IT Security.
