Great people, very supportive of employees, solid benefits, ability to voice your opinion and be heard even as an entry-level employee, flexible hybrid working schedule.
Training is unorganized, company as a whole is kind of unorganized, company is struggling with the down economy, too much blind confidence in the company/platform from executives

Great people and benefits and efficient workflow for cross-functional projects. Fun and rewarding projects as well. Management was good at prioritizing work-life balance
Not much to say here

The people team does a great job with benefits and hiring great people. Reachdesk was fun to sell! We were able to send gifts to our prospects and proved it's effectiveness. Most of management are smart and ready to take action if needed.
Sales goals were too high with little marketing effort. Put so much effort into sending gifts and seemed like they could have put a more inbound focus on things. With Account Based Marketing, marketing and sales need to be aligned, it's a huge concept Reachdesk preaches. But none of the teams are really aligned.
