I have been working at RealPage full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Management is approachable and pay is more than competitive.

    Cons

Politics are thicker than most places, internal communication is almost non-existent, and facilities is worthless. They are having major growing pains while transitioning from a small company to a large company. Career paths for engineers only.

    Advice to Management

Don't expect your developers to be able to create great product without a better internal resources (salary isn't everything) - don't make it so difficult to get a descent chair or keyboard (especially when they are so cheap), and create an intranet that actually works with horizontal social media, so they can compete with the other fortune 500 companies.
