It was challenging because of the long production calendar but it is rewarding afterwards

You will learn/improve your skills and meet professionals in the industry.

Its understandable that production can get pretty hectic on tight deadlines. The offer is good but not worth it when hired as a freelancer with no work-life balance because you basically have to commit your life in working here.
