Pros
Everything is a pro! The company culture is like no other and provides a lifestyle where you love waking up every single day because you are happy both inside and outside of "work". The leadership team leads by example and provides us with such a healthy work environment in every aspect. Unlimited PTO is amazing. Everyone we hire are rockstars and truly care about each other as human beings, with a side of amazing work ethic.
Cons
Growth brings along its challenges, as with any company who is growing, we have spots to fill and it takes time to get the right people on the bus. Everyone is always willing to jump in and help though as anyone on any team feels the pressure. Upward we shall grow!
