    Great benefits when you qualify 401 K Plan is attactive 50% off when working, 25% up to 7 other guests when off Good money

    Cons

    A lot of favoritism, which was okay for me because I was a favorite, but do see the negative affects on other employees

    Pros

    We work together to achieve goals for the company. We are a hard-working energetic group that strives to make our guest happy. We do our best to make Red Lobster stronger every day.

    Cons

    Since Covid our company has struggled to get back where we where. In order to survive they have slowly took a lot of our benefits away. We financially cannot sustain where we where.
