There are no “Pros” at this company and owned by a parent company based in China.
Cons
You are constantly told to do different things in operations that do not make operational sense and constantly bombarded with emails daily from people in corporate who have no idea or care what operators actually go through. Company has absolutely no respect for manager’s work/life balance. There is zero support from corporate Or empathy for the most tenured operators as they continuously look for new managers that can be more easily controlled and pushed to unreachable targets while they relentlessly go after quantity of customers over quality. Getting promoted or paid fairly comes from who you know personally instead of the results you directly produce. Lastly…. during the pandemic directors, SVP’s, corporate executives and employees worked remotely from home or enjoyed unemployment benefits on furlough while operators had to remain open and fend for themselves on the frontlines with little to no support or guidance during a time when society took out its pandemic frustrations on restaurant employees and managers. Company received millions in PPP loans that weren’t distributed to its employees for any type hazard pay during the height of the pandemic as we put our health at risk from constant exposure.
