Pros

Fun job with not too much responsibility, good coworkers and people in the company, ability to gain experience to apply toward future pursuits.

Cons

Commission and hourly wages in comparison with corporate stores is laughable at best. Management ignores employees concerns, inability to notice different volumes by location.

Advice to Management

Listen to your employees concerns, they are on the front lines doing the things you tell them to, and they have to deal with your customers, not you.

    I worked at Red Skye Wireless part-time

    Pros

    Upbeat management, friendly training and competition, overall great atmosphere and just enough pressure

    Cons

    poor training "class" for new hires
    management didn't take a sexual harassment issue seriously initially
    understaffed
    drama between employees in smaller stores

    Advice to Management

    please take appropriate action when necessary, and please look into a more in depth and fulfilling training program that gets associates familiar with product and procedure fully before helping an actual customer. In my opinion this would help with both employee retention and customer satisfaction.
