I have been working at Redbox full-time (More than 3 years)

Pros

Ability to watch unlimited movies, ability to start at your leasure

Cons

Micromanaging, 40 hour weeks cut down to 30/33 hours-company cons
Unprofessional, unreliable, negative attitude, Talks about employees with other employees causing negativity rather than team work-supervisor cons

Advice to Management

Upper Mgmt -RM,DM PLEASE open your eyes/ears, talk to your ROS teams & find out how FSR1, FSR2 are being treated by their ROS. It very upsetting when more than 1/2 of a team is seeking other employment due to the negativity, lack of professionalism of an ROS.

I worked at Redbox full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    Good pay at all levels
    good work life balance

    Cons

The level of Micro Management has taken a new step with the growth of Redbox. In the early years during the growth of the company the upper management was fantastic. Now the company has changed so much that everyone who made the company the success they are were let go and for reasons that make one wonder what they were thinking. The Field gets no respect from management what so ever. The routing software is not giving credit to traffic or construction. The field is scolded for altering the route even if it is for construction of road closures.

    Advice to Management

Get a grip on what it takes to really do the job today.

Provide cross training opportunities for growth and consider giving more responsibility to field employees who want to increase their role within the company.
