You write your own schedule, they record mileage, you only need to meet clients and tour properties, not write offers.
Cons
You get a lot of notifications for 12 hours a day every day. No commission potential.

Pros
You hit the ground running which means you learn a lot in a short amount of time. Lots of support as a newbie.
Cons
The compensation seems fair at first but with the layoffs they keep having you get slammed with more and more work and they don't do raises apparently. It's not if you get burnt out it's when. I wish I had left after about a year and a half because it just went downhill at that point. If you're good at your job the agents will hand their workload onto you and managers can't do anything about .
