Pay, benefits, annual increase of 25 cents rather you deserve it or not, no bonuses except the 10 dollar gift card at Christmas. If you decide to work here you will have the privilege of dealing with superiors, corporate, and family of Redner's Markets that will see you only as a red shirt.
