      - Lots of opportunity to travel - Opportunity to work abroad - Networking possibilities - Rub shoulders with celebrities/musicians - Discounts on expensive sporting apaprel/shoes

      Cons

      - Canadian team poorly run - Favourite played - HR does not address problems - It seems you have to be German to get anywhere - A lot of emphasis on Crossfit as a culture - A lot of impatience - Long hours little compensation

      Pros

      Strong team members, good discount on product. Good work/life balance.

      Cons

      Business model is very political, hard to drive change. Location, it’s expensive and inconvenient to get to work. Salary transparency is lacking and a promotions/merit is hard to come by - org doesn’t feel rewarded or valued. HR team is small and inattentive.
