      Pros

      The free gym membership is great. The Sports Club is also a great place to network and make new contacts.

      Cons

      Pay increase is definitely necessary. There isn't much room for growth. It's definitely a "who you know" rather than "what you know" environment.

      Pros

      The designers that you get to work with at Reebok are some of the nicest and most knowledgeable people you will meet in the industry. The people are the best part of the brand, and the second best part is the brand heritage. Reebok is getting back into performance, so it is an exciting time as a designer because you get exposure to a wide range of projects.

      Cons

      Nothing in particular. Commute could be long.
