      Having worked for Reed for over 30 years, I can say with authority that I have been given every opportunity to reach my full potential, have received support and opportunities to grow, fun place to work too !

      Cons

      At times , like all big organisations there are internal matters to navigate around that can slow progression and cause slight frustration .
