Pros
Really the only thing I can think of is that we got "unlimited" sick days. But if you used too many they would just fire you.
Cons
The managers have no respect for their employees talents or contributions. Management is payed top dollar and employees are paid as little as possible. It's common to not get a performance review/raise in a given year, when you do get one, the raise is commonly 1% - 1.5%, not even cost-of-living increase.
