Working at RegASK has been an incredibly fulfilling experience for me. The environment is highly collaborative, with plenty of opportunities for cross-departmental learning and coordination. The leadership team is exceptionally supportive and encourages new ideas, provided they align with business goals and solve relevant problems. I’ve learned a great deal from both my colleagues and about regulatory intelligence. The work atmosphere is fast-paced and agile, which keeps everyone engaged and on their toes. There’s always a lot to accomplish, and at times, it feels like there aren’t enough hours in the day. However, the well-defined processes and focus on sticking to deadlines ensure that development continues to move forward smoothly. This is an exciting time, particularly with the integration of AI, which has led to the development of innovative features. Our team remains laser-focused on delivering impactful solutions for our customers and users. One of the best aspects of working here is the flexibility. I work remotely from various locations, and the ability to manage my schedule has been invaluable in maintaining a strong work-life balance.
Cons
The only downside is that we need to accelerate our hiring pace to keep up with the increasing workload. Expanding the team faster would help maintain the speed and momentum of our work.
