Neutral Outlook

I worked at Regents Park of Winter Park part-time (More than 3 years)

Pros

initially supportive..when 1st hired..(honeymoon period is very short)

Cons

not supportive of the licensed nursing staff..for every positive administration has 10 complaints!

Advice to Management

allow nursing to do what they are trained and care to do..since nurses can't tell administration how to do their job..administration needs to let nurses take care of nursing1

    Negative Outlook

I worked at Regents Park of Winter Park full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

paycheck and some of the normal patients.

    Cons

high patient to nurse ratio. Unrealistic work expectations (30 patients to 1 nurse on sub acute) in which you have to transport them to pt and ot, do the work that the secretary should be doing, starting iv's, doing 2-3 admissions on every shift and there's a lot more. No supervisor's to ask for help. Director of nursing is consistently threatening nursing staff about their licenses. I could go on and on.

    Advice to Management

fire all of yourselves and jump in front of a train.
