    Negative Outlook

I worked at Regulatory Affairs Professionals Society full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Set work hours, quiet work environment.

    Cons

High turnover, siloes and individual work-based performances, lack of leadership or

ownership, not much teamwork or social interaction, pressure to perform with minimum

interaction and resources. The company does not currently have a mission statement or

vision, which means no clear goals or sense of direction.

    Advice to Management

Management can get more involved and back employees, provide clear goals and guidance.

It starts from the top and trickles down.

    Disapproves of CEO

I have been working at Regulatory Affairs Professionals Society full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Good work life balance, relatively good salaries and an option to telework once a week after 3 months.

    Cons

Employees aren’t backed-up, high turnover (7 left/were let go since 2015, including the CEO and Directors.) Instability, very little teamwork and employee training, competing on resources, siloes lack of trust between departments and within, minimal social interaction and most times people have lunch with a closed door at their desks. Generally, the morale is low. There is no company strategy or mission statement, which also plays a factor with uncertainty and lack of leadership. It seems like they are currently having a hard time filling-out available positions. In short, there is a lot of potential yet current company state lacks leadership, ownership of projects, and vision. Until things change, I do not recommend working there.

    Advice to Management

Take an active role, lead and motivate staff, offer incentives and back them up. It goes a long way.
