Great colleagues, smart industry for the time.

Advice to Management

Trust your instincts, put policies in place for longer then three or six months, most the times they are working.

    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Good people, large company with great benefits, opportunities for growth. The best thing about the company is definitely some of the talent that they bring in, and in Chicago some very caring management.

    Cons

At times, better and more consistent communication within such a large organization becomes very critical, both from the top of the organization downward, and vice versa.

  2. "Plenty of personal development available, if you are able to keep up."

    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

Fast paced company that pushes you to the limit of your capabilities as an employee. Mid Level leadership is excellent and are some of the most talented and intelligent people I have ever worked amongst.

    Cons

Lack of communication amongst Senior Exec Leadership. Everyone seems to have their own agenda and not aligned to a true global collaboration or objective. This leads to constant changes, make it very difficult to keep up with the next big product, process or push.
