No opinion of CEO

I worked at Regus full-time (More than 5 years)

Pros

The hours are ideal. Loved working with different businesses/clients

Cons

Not a lot of room for growth...center being run with 3 people. CSR does manager's job for the most oart so they can concentrate on selling. CSR's don't get much credit, pay is not competitive in the market. Regus woukd rather hire outside than internally for upoer management positions. This results to high turn-overs. Manager's would let you overtime and not pay for it but rather have you heave earlier or take longer lunch breaks.

Advice to Management

Increase salary for CSR's..more opportunity so they would stay.

    Pros

I can't find any pros in a scam operation RUN AWAY !!!!!

    Cons

All of them, they will charge you for breathing in there, because you dirtied the air, for air use really. If you touch a "free coffee" they assume you are the whole coffee pot, glass, and furniture and sent you a bill, due last month, with overcharge fees.

    Advice to Management

I pray God has mercy on you scamer soul.

I have been working at Regus full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great colleagues. I loved many of the people I worked with.
    Great life work balance *

    Cons

-As a GM you are "responsible" for all aspects of the business including the ones out of your control.
-You are not an individual. You are truly a number. You will be reminded of that number daily.
-The company does not promote from within. This is evident just by looking at the careers page.
-IT systems for staff and clients are a mess. Slow internet, many (many) different software systems (that do not communicate with one another)
-Upper Management that has no idea what it is like in a center or specific market.

    Advice to Management

Churn 80% of upper management and replace them with management that understands service, company culture, respect while boosting profitability.
