    I have been working at Reinsurance Group of America full-time

    Pros

    strong technical skills, broad reinsurance exposure, work-life balance since reinsurance valuation not that busy as compared to direct insurance companies.

    Cons

    only limited to US GAAP basis. the structure is too flat. there is no chance to meet clients and interpersonal/soft skills cannot be trained.

    Advice to Management

    more internal rotation programs. higher pay. need more communication chances. more promotions and incentives to employees
