I have been working at Reinsurance Group of America full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Good work/life balance, good benefits, casual and fun environment. Easy to get to by bus and RGA subsidizes a transit pass.

    Cons

Not a lot of opportunity for advancement; issues with management are not taken very seriously. Expensive to work downtown, between transportation and food costs.

    Advice to Management

The company has a good vision and good direction; upper management is very competent and well-organized. But some of the lower management are difficult to work with and not as skilled as dealing with personnel as they could be.
