I worked at Relativity full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

If you want to be where the growth is, this is the place to be. Rapid growth, plenty of opportunities if you're a go-getter. In the middle of transformation from on prem software to SaaS, very fascinating time to be part of. Amazing HR support for Learning & Development, and the company puts focus on strengthening Diversity and Inclusion. I'm a working mom who had 2 kids during my tenure there, and was still able...

    Cons

Relativity is an ambitious company but can definitely do more ruthless prioritization. Focusing on too many things could cause confusion and misalignment at times. Moving fast could also mean that some opinions / inputs get ignored for the sake of making decisions faster.

    Advice to Management

Ruthless prioritization, and be open to different inputs / management style (the "inclusion" part of Diversity and Inclusion).

I have been working at Relativity full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Relativity is a great place to work. I just started here and i feel there is a great work culture here. Time is given to settle down and get into work. All new technologies are being used, so its a great place to learn a lots of things. You have friendly people here and former CEO (Andrew), who is also the founder, is a down to earth person and it is inspiring to know how he literally coded to create the entire company....

    Cons

Its not a downside. When you join the company, you will be most probably asked to get RCA (Relativity Certified Administrator) certification if you are joining the Tech stream. Extensive training will be given internally. Not to panic. Just that you would need to expect it.

    Advice to Management

I feel the company is going in a good direction and would just recommend to make the company more diverse to make Relativity a true international company.
