Very erratic decision making at top management, slow decision making process, improper coordination between site and engineering office

    No emphasize on training and learning, very bad culture, Too much politics, Policies oriented towards only profit making while compromising all employee benefits

    You have to make yourself visible, otherwise risk being neglected and also, the HR structure is not clearly well defined that demotivates employees on a number of occasions
