Pros

Can choose between evening hours or daytime hours or a split sift. Not a lot of micromanaging. Pay is fairly good for the area.

Cons

Pressure is put on instructors to pass students whether they are qualified to pass or not. Students are allowed to disrespect instructors and not do their work, but pressure is put on the instructor to be lenient regarding days late, or absent by the students.

Advice to Management

Create a more professional environment and the students will step up to that level. You may lose a few in the beginning, but you will gain a reputation in the long run that will draw more students.

    Pros

The pay is good and you can get one or two day off at times. Local manager work well with employee.

    Cons

Stay away from this company. They are trying to push a non-profit tag, but they are still playing the same games. Now you do not have a chance to get a bonus because of government regulations and they still want you to push the students to enroll in programs that may not meet their needs. The CEO sends emails directly to employee about day to day task. Many of the student who come in have already been to several schools and many have outstanding loans.

    Pros

Remington college has a great starting salary and that about it and that is the most positive comment I can share about this company.

    Cons

The company does not deal with change very well and a new employees do no get enough time to grow into their giving position.

    Advice to Management

Manager tend to allow themselves to be micro-management by the company top leadership. Manager should be allowed to manager their small teams on a local level.
