I worked at Ren for a number of years and I'm currently suffering from the trauma I received from dealing with upper management. Having no work/life balance during "Giving Season", having a new supervisor every six months, being given a directive which changes at a short notice. I've seen my colleagues being mistreated by representatives from Bank of America and when management was confronted by it, their response was essentially "they pay us a lot of money, so learn to deal with it". The company will praise itself for setting financial records, then fire individuals for "budget cuts". There was a constant rotation of people being brought into the company and sent out once they served their purpose. I've had coworkers who I considered friends fired during Christmas time after being promised "a job for life"
Having previous ties to this company makes my skin crawl. Anyone interested in working for Ren needs to perform a thorough research of the company.
