    I have been working at ResCare WorkForce part-time for less than a year

    Pros

    Office staff is always available for any concerns. I get to choose my own hours according to my schedule since I am a FA (family attendant) and take care of my grandma. The training helps those new to the field get a good idea of what to expect and is very engaging.

    Cons

    None that I can think of.
