I worked at Reserveage Organics full-time

    Pros

This is a dynamic company that has very talented people on the executive team from Sales Management to Product development. I was very proud to be part of this team.

    Cons

Fast moving and accountability, but this is a good thing.

    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at Reserveage Organics for less than a year

    Pros

Motivation to be healthy when you are surrounded by nutrition based products. Products are scientifically backed making it easy to sell the product with the purity of the ingredients.

    Cons

The day gets dictated by the mood of Naomi. Hard to stay on plan when priorities get shifted by the whim of the day. More time is spent into moving desks than business planning.

    Advice to Management

Get a general manager to run the business and let Naomi be a figure head. Invest in analytics.
