I have been working at Residential Finance full-time (Less than a year)

Pros

It is the best job I've been a part of. I like coming to work every day! The management does everything it can to try to help you be successful. They have multiple seminars and classes to keep you updated with the market (Barry Habib). The pay scale is untouchable compared to other companies. It is also growing exponentially and will be a household name soon. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants to see hard work pay off.

Cons

It takes a few months to get a chance for steady income, but it is worth it.

    Pros

Conpany is growingand the direction seems like there is a lot of future potential.

    Cons

Company in which a few people (the founders and newly hired executive team) are reaping the rewards on the backs of a lot of hard-working people. This is not a company where the employees happiness is a priority at all. The executives give a lot of lip-service to the contrary however their actions show that they are not genuinely interested in the success and happiness of the employees, only in their own personal financial success.

    Advice to Management

RFC has a lot of potenital, but that will never fully be reached until the executive team genuinely cares about it's own people, both personally and professionally, from bottom on up.

    Pros

This company helps you understand the industry even if you have never worked in it before. The management is supportive and takes the time to help you with any issues that may arise. The recruitment process is easy and allows you to meet all the key figures you will be working with moving forward. The Recruiter was very helpful and accommodating, and the two training managers are awesome. Best part is their CSR program, where they essentially hold your hand and walk you through all the licensing requirements and training for the State and Federal exams.

    Cons

Hours are erratic sometimes, and you have to work the occasional weekend. There is no direct deposit.

    Advice to Management

Tell people they will have to work weekends sometimes.
