Pros

Good salary and benefits. A lot of supportive people. Impressive Customer list.

Cons

Terrible work life balance, expected to work long hours and be contactable at any time. Slow outdated product technology. Huge staff turnover, will fire people without too much thought. People are scared to provide feedback due to history of people losing their job. Deadlines never met, causing customer frustration. Management not willing to listen to ideas.

Pros

Tough and fast-paced in the best possible way. Strong culture (despite being fully remote) and genuinely smart employees across the board who are dedicated to solving tough problems.

Cons

Workload can be demanding but the pros outweigh the cons.

My teammates keep me going. They're the best!

Cons

This place is highly toxic and filled with leadership who knows nothing about supply chains, except for a couple practioners. The leader of our CS team is crazy and impulsive. You do not want to work here!
