In general, stay away from this line of work- even worse with Sodexo, Aramark, etc

    Advice to Management

Where is the Restaurant in Restaurant Associates. Where is the visionary leadership
Visit your units. See what is really going on instead of just looking at daily numbers. Support your units instead of just yelling at them to cut more labor, etc. Make smart hiring decisions, Think long term. Invest in your future leaders. Don't wait for clients to complain before you take action. Be proactive!
