Unorganized non-profit with little to no support for building and maintaining programs. ROC United has a terrible reputation for a reason... Low pay, this might not even be a good place to get some organizer training because I can assure you no one reads here. You will be asked to perform on the fly for everything, you may even be asked to expense your entire program and you may not even get paid for hard work you had to figure out all alone.
