It's a union job and the benefits package is decent.
Upper management love to punch down on staff. If anyone raises an issue they become the issue. Being sued by a group of former female staff for discrimination. Very top down and while they may sound and look good, if you peek behind the curtain they do not walk their talk at all. In fact much of what management does is the opposite of what they say publicly. The board is in upper management's pocket so there is no accountability (except for those at the bottom).
