Restaurant Technologies Inc has a unique service offering with contracts with multiple national companies bringing a certain amount of stability to the company.

Cons

The turnover has been very high by any standard over the last three years. The pay is below comparable positions in similar companies.

Advice to Management

Your employees are your most valuable asset. Start treating these like they are and you will finally see the company achieve it targets.

    Advice to Management

    One time commission for multiple year agreement with no renewal bonus, not good. Also lacking any monetary incentive for taking care of existing clients leads to poor service

    I worked at Restaurant Technologies full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Loved the National Account I took care of most of the time. The technology was great when it worked. All the tools you needed to close the sale.

    Cons

    Much more travel than expected no quality of life.Equipment had many issues because the accounts staff was young and inexperienced. My Boss was a micro manager and couldn't understand when someone didn't want our product.The Pay didn't match the hours invested.

    Advice to Management

    Listen to your people for a change...
