Pros

The benefits are pretty great, by most standards

Cons

There’s no place to go, no place to evolve. There a lot of chaos and no real leadership. I was told my a manager to simply “not think” about my anxiety.

- Accessible management - Team members and coworkers that show up to work everyday with positive attitudes - Freedom to learn with a work environment/ management philosophy that supports your individual growth - Inclusive workplace culture that is socially conscious and welcoming - On-boarded not too long before the pandemic started, painless transition from in office to remote during the crisis - Amazing supervisors that are hard working and driven

Cons

- Ramping up and on-boarding was a daunting process, definitely a lot to pick up and learn. Despite the curve, everyone is there to support you and set you up for success

Pros

RevTrax is an amazing company, doing amazing things, with a wonderful group of people making it all happen. The Customer Success team is comprised of a hyper-intelligent group of people who find cutting-edge solutions to intricate and complex problems. The Tech / Product teams understand the business and are happy to react to client demands, making the CS team's job easier. Sales is dedicated and hungry to close business. The supporting teams (Marketing, Legal, Analytics, Finance, HR) are all devoted to the cause - to change promotions and turn them on their head. It is this coming together as a team that makes RevTrax one of the most amazing places to work.

Cons

As with any company there will always be areas of improvement. If there is one thing to improve, it would be to take to heart that there are a significant number of recent college graduates across the organization. These more junior resources need more hand-holding than their more experienced counterparts, and more focus should be given to them. Overall, there is more than sufficient support - it just needs to be structured more carefully.
