No opinion of CEO

I have been working at Revana full-time (Less than a year)

Pros

Management are generally friendly. Easy work in large office 2-300 workers. If you follow directions, no one will hassle you. You can move into other programs.

Cons

Lengthy training period, 5-6 weeks. Promise commission but hard to figure out what you'll receive. Its an ever changing formula, only mgt. knows how it works. Everyone starts at $12.50 hour, no merit increases.

Advice to Management

Value workers more and attrition rate will go down. They say its 35%. I saw more than that in my training class after the first month. Clarify commission structure, and stay consistent with it.

    Disapproves of CEO

I have been working at Revana full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

everyone tried to work hard for hitting bonus; some people take all sorts of responsibility for no extra pay or benefit; compensation sucks; high turnaround rate

    Cons

no one works together; management is clingy & few are nice; senior management has an "i'm better than you attitude; not very professional environment

    Negative Outlook

I worked at Revana full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Not much at all, maybe lunch?

    Cons

Leadership, in most cases, are obviously under-qualified for the roles they are in. They give poor direction and smoke screen with meaningless recognition. They pretend to have a lock tight Human Capitol department but if the labor board conducted an investigation, they would see how corrupt they are. The manager is laughably known to get paid to shop online all day.

    Advice to Management

Look in the mirror, therein lies the problem
