      Unique and progressive approach to branding / advertising Great bunch of very smart and dedicated people

      Cons

      The stresses and pressure of a start up Approach to creative still very much in flux - need to be comfortable working without much in the way of clear briefs. A lot of the work is quite speculative in nature.
