      Pros

      You can build fast bonds being in the trenches with coworkers. Some talented people, but hard to distinguish among all the ego and grandstanding. Some interesting projects that unfortunately often get lost in "process".

      Cons

      Toxic company culture preys upon insecure young professionals seeking to prove their worth. Complete lack of professionalism and work life balance is nonexistent. Many colleagues destroyed their personal relationships and mental health for this opportunity to stuff Nik & the board's pockets.

      Pros

      + Everyone knows Revolut - easier conversations. + Product is top tier. + Good benefits. + Good on your resume.

      Cons

      - Poor sales leadership - for a company so successful, very shocked at the low calibre of talent in senior sales roles. But product is so strong and they are not measured on employee retention so impossible for them to fail. - Tech stack minimal. - Large elements of favouritism.
