Pros

Remote work, nice environment and good product

Cons

After a year and half, eveything continues being a mess every Quarter in the sales department. There was not a quarter were the kpis or commision structure were the same. People don’t last more than 6 months because of how bad organised and unachievable targets, after one Q without hitting the target the next one the put you on PIB, which means you have 3 months to do it or you’ll be fired. People are just not comfortable or feel they can grow in this company. Also, there are 0 benefits and salaries for a sales position are way lower than other companies.

Hi, thanks for your review. We’re sorry to hear that you didn’t enjoy your experience with us. We're one of the fastest growing startups thus we adjust our plans and KPI each quarter. The market changes rapidly, and we want to make sure we're heading the right direction. We’ve a fast paced culture, so we appreciate that Revolut might not be the right place for everyone - but our people achieve a huge amount and have a lot of fun. Our people team works hard to make sure our salaries and benefits package is competitive. Please do raise any issues through internal channels. Feedback is important to help us improve how we operate, so we welcome. We appreciate all that you do, and wish you the best.

Pros

+ Everyone knows Revolut - easier conversations. + Product is top tier. + Good benefits. + Good on your resume.

Cons

- Poor sales leadership - for a company so successful, very shocked at the low calibre of talent in senior sales roles. But product is so strong and they are not measured on employee retention so impossible for them to fail. - Tech stack minimal. - Large elements of favouritism.
